What is Forgeborn?

Forgeborn is dark fantasy streetwear inspired by knights, ronin, dragons, reapers, ancient legends, and old-world armor. Our pieces are made for those who want more than a basic graphic tee — bold artwork, a vintage edge, and a darker look built for everyday wear.

Are your shirts made to order?

Yes. Most Forgeborn products are made to order after your purchase is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and ensures each item is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within about 2–4 weeks after being placed. This includes both production time and shipping time. Since items are made to order, production usually takes 2–7 business days before the order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 before taxes, duties, or additional fees. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Forgeborn primarily ships within the United States, but we also offer shipping to many international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take a few business days to update after the number is issued.

Why did my items arrive separately?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. This means you may receive more than one package or tracking number.

How do your shirts fit?

Our vintage oversized tees are designed for a bold, streetwear-inspired look. For the best fit, check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Product measurements may vary slightly.

How should I wash my shirt?

Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the graphic, and do not dry clean.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@forgebornclothing.com. Because our products are made to order and begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, contact support@forgebornclothing.com.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@forgebornclothing.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
