Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forgeborn.

All Forgeborn products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production Time

Orders are typically sent into production shortly after they are placed. Since each product is made to order, production time may vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, sales periods, or high-volume seasons, production may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Forgeborn primarily ships to customers in the United States, but we also offer shipping to many international destinations.

Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has finished production and has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are:

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on your location, shipping method, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Because our products are made to order, your total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Most customers should expect their order to arrive within approximately 2–4 weeks after placing the order. International orders may take longer depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Free Shipping

Forgeborn offers free standard shipping on orders over $75.

The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes, duties, or other fees. Free shipping availability will be shown at checkout when your order qualifies.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping rates may vary based on the product, shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number is issued. Tracking may not update immediately while the package is being transferred between carriers or shipping facilities.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. This means you may receive more than one package and separate tracking numbers.

You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Forgeborn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@forgebornclothing.com.

We will do our best to update the address before production or shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been submitted, produced, or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Forgeborn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@forgebornclothing.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Forgeborn is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Forgeborn is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders begin processing quickly.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@forgebornclothing.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
